I’m Dasmier, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor. I have a passion to serve others, and as a Christian clinician; I am committed to providing evidenced-based practices integrated with Christian biblical values.
I obtained my B.A. in Psychology from UNC- Chapel Hill and my M.A. in Professional Counseling at Liberty University. With 6 years of experience, I specialize in anxiety, depression, trauma, OCD, ADHD, and more.
I utilize several evidence-based practices and modalities tailored to your needs. I also offer Christian faith-integration to clients who desire a faith-based approach.
My top priority is to create a safe and nurturing space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings without judgment to everyone I serve.
For clients who desire a faith-based approach, I seamlessly incorporate Christian principles into therapy. By combining proven therapeutic techniques with a deep respect for your spiritual beliefs, I help you navigate life’s challenges in alignment with your faith.
I believe that authenticity fosters trust and security, which are vital for effective therapy. My goal is to help you better understand yourself, encourage personal growth, and equip you with the tools to manage life’s challenges confidently.
Life experiences shape who we are, and I am committed to understanding your unique worldview. Together, we’ll uncover your strengths and resilience, helping you build a life that feels more fulfilling and aligned with your values.
When I’m not working, I enjoy gardening, relaxing on the beach, and spending quality time with my family. These activities keep me grounded, refreshed, and connected to what matters most in life.
I look forward to walking alongside you on your journey. Whether you’re seeking evidence-based therapy or a Christian faith-integrated approach, my goal is to support, encourage, and guide you toward growth and healing.
