Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, navigating a difficult transition, or finding yourself stuck in patterns that no longer feel helpful, therapy can be a space to slow down, feel understood, and explore what you want to be different. I strive to create a warm, welcoming, and nonjudgmental environment where you can show up as you are.
I believe you are the expert on your own life. My role is to walk alongside you with curiosity and compassion, helping you explore your experiences, recognize your strengths, and better understand the patterns and relationships that shape your life. Together, we can identify what is and isn’t working and create meaningful steps toward the life and relationships you want.
My approach is collaborative, relational, and strengths-based. I draw from Narrative Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and trauma-informed approaches, tailoring our work to your needs and goals.
As a Marriage and Family Therapist, I also consider the relationships, family systems, and environments that influence how we experience ourselves and one another.
I have experience working with adults and adolescents, couples, families, and groups. I’ve helped clients navigate trauma, grief, divorce, co-parenting, family conflict, eating disorders, anxiety, substance use, life transitions, depression, self-esteem, infidelity, domestic abuse, and questions surrounding gender, sexuality, and racial identity.
Outside of therapy, some things I enjoy are playing tennis, traveling, and singing karaoke. The relationships we build, the communities we are part of, and the things that bring us joy are meaningful parts of who we are, and I enjoy getting to know those parts of my clients as well!
